The GLC is composed of four independent international education providers that have come together to reach more students and universities looking to go global.
We realized that, despite operating in different regions, we all share key values that show through in our work. By joining forces, we are able to exchange knowledge, share best practices, and amplify the voices of local providers in the international education community.
It's in our collective culture to create study abroad programs as a force for good
Together, our organizations cover four major regions across the globe: Latin America, Europe, Sub-Saharan Africa, and Southeast Asia. By partnering with us, universities can assure a high level of program quality for their students in nearly any part of the world.
Each of our organizations operates at the local level within our respective regions, which keeps us deeply connected to the communities in which we operate. The connections and knowledge that emerge from this proximity allow us to offer more immersive and enriching experiences for our students.
We all believe in the power of learning through doing. One of the core principles that underlies the work of each of our organizations is that students should be active participants in their journeys. We embed different experiences into our programs that ensure that students are able to interact with, learn from, and contribute to the destinations that they travel to.
What differentiates us from traditional tourism providers is the pedagogical and academic expertise of each of our organizations. This expertise allows us to build more than just itineraries–we build educational experiences that complement the content of our university partners.
